Articulate 360 Storyline Courses
I collaborated with multiple Key Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create courses in Articulate 360 Storyline & Rise. The examples included in this portfolio were a part of a multi-part hybrid training to promote mental health that I developed during my time at ADT that included eLearnings, Instructor Led PowerPoints, and Handouts for individual and group activities. The mental health initiative was requested from the C-Suite level executives as many call center representatives were experiencing secondary trauma from dealing with difficult calls. This training helped change the culture around mental health for the company and reduced burnout and turnover in the call center representatives.

Welcome to my Instructional Design Portfolio! I am an experienced Instructional Designer at Primo Brands who has been working exclusively in the field since 2020 with my first Instructional Design role as an eLearning Specialist at ADT. However, my journey into instructional design began during my time at Abundantly Aromatic, where I served as Head of Employee Training and Head of Sales and Marketing. In these roles, I developed training materials, guided employees to success, and created resources to support both customer engagement and team development.

During my time at Primo Brands I created numerous Job Aids to support learners and professionals at all levels of business - from C-suite executives to field technicians. My work includes Interactive PDFs, Standard PDFs, Facilitator Guides, Learner Guides, Checklists, Forms, and more.

The materials were thoughtfully designed using tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, to ensure they are engaging, user-friendly, and designed to meet the unique needs of the target audience.

During my time at Abundantly Aromatic, I analyzed company and employee needs to design a training manual that taught store procedures, product information, and how to complete in-store duties.

I adapted the material from a dense and confusing manual that came with the dispenser into a user-friendly manual for customers. These manuals were included with every purchase of a diffuser at the store.
